Cih Lake has the most beautiful sunsets in Kinmen, and it's the sites in Kinmen you shouldn’t miss. Cih Lake is located in the northeast of Kinmen, toward the city of Xiamen and connected to the sea. It's the largest saltwater lake in Kinmen, and it has a very rich intertidal ecology. The coastline is vast. During the day, tourists can ride a bicycle beside Cih Lake and feel the sea breeze on one’s face. Also, you can see flocks of waterfowl. This is a good place to watch the sunset on cloudless days. And sometimes, you can see the lights of Xiamen at night.
