莒光樓分為三樓，一樓有金門傳統聚落、古蹟、陶瓷廠、當地特色小吃、名產的介紹。
Juguang Tower has three floors. The first floor has information about traditional settlements, monuments, the ceramic factory, local snacks and staples of Kinmen.
而這裡的電話亭也很特別，是以房子的造型加大大的「金門」兩字在上面。
The telephone booth here is also very special. It is made in the shape of a house and has the word “Kinmen” on it.
說到金門的特色小吃就會想到廣東粥、炒泡麵、蚵嗲....等等。而名產則是聞名全世界的金門鋼刀、止痠痛的一條根藥膏以及純手工口感Q的麵線……等。在一樓對於各種小吃以及名產的由來和背景都有詳細的解說哦！
When you talk about Kinmen’s local refreshments, you must remember Guangdong porridge, fried instant noodles, oyster fritters, and so on. The most famous things are the steel knifes, pain relieving patches and the Chinese Angel hair of Kinmen… You can see detailed explanations of the background and origin of every refreshment and staple on the first floor.
從正門走入會看見一間影視廳，裡面會定時播出莒光樓的介紹影片。
There is a theater which regularly has videos about Juguang Tower.
此外，在莒光樓一樓還有介紹最能代表金門的象徵–高粱，包括高粱的種植方法、採收時間、可以製作成什麼產品都描述地相當仔細，不光只是高粱，裡面也有介紹金門酒廠的創立過程和推出的產品！
On the first floor, there is also information about sorghum. It describes cultivation methods, harvest time and what can be made out of it. There is also information about the products and process of the Kinmen Distillery!
來到二樓，主題轉換成金門一年一度的盛事–迎城隍。牆面上有許多歷年來精彩的活動照片，也有解說迎城隍的由來、祭典程序或是一些相關神明的介紹，來到這裡彷彿身歷迎城隍的活動當中！
On the second floor, there is Kinmen’s annual event - the parade of the City God (Jincheng ying Cheng-huang). There are many pictures of the wonderful event on the walls. There are also some comments about the origin, the sacrificial ceremony’s procedure and how this event came to be. It is as if you were right there in the activity of Jincheng ying Cheng-huang.
最後走到了三樓，這層有個眺望臺可以清楚的看到金城鎮的樣貌以及美麗的莒光湖。
On the third floor, there is a lookout. You can see the beauty of Jincheng Town and Jyuguang Lake clearly.
除了眺望台之外，莒光樓的興建歷史、金門的建築文化、現代英雄–胡璉將軍、金門民族形式、戰地精神是這層樓的五大主題。在三樓的中間有個用玻璃搭建的小空間，走進裡面彷彿時間倒回到以前戰爭的時光，裡頭有許多獎狀以及徽章，述說著胡璉將軍在當初可說是戰績風光的名將。
There are also five themes on the third floor describing the architectural history of Jyuguang Tower, the architectural culture in Kinmen, and General Hu Lian. The tower was built to represent Kinmen and the battlefield spirit. There is a display containing many commendations and badges which recount General Hu Lian’s achievement as a famous general.
