「炒泡麵」是金門獨特的戰地美食，用泡麵加上一些蛋、蔬菜、肉絲等一起炒，成為一道獨特的料理，是許多阿兵哥在金門的回憶。雖然現在金門許多店家都有賣炒泡麵，但位於金湖鎮的「鴻美炒泡麵」是當年最早發明炒泡麵的店家，這裡的炒泡麵比較特別，是用「維力炸醬麵」去炒，裏頭的配料也很豐富，宛如一盤高級版的維力炸醬麵。
"Fried instant noodles" is a unique delicacy in Kinmen. There are eggs, vegetables, pork and other ingredients fried with noodles. Eating these noodles helps you remember the soldiers who served in Kinmen. Although there are many stores sell fried instant noodles in Kinmen, the “Hong-Mei fried noodles” in Jinhu Town is the store that first invented fried instant noodles. The fried instant noodles are special here because of variety ingredients.
除了炒泡麵，店裡還有販售不同的餐點，讓顧客有更多的選擇，較令人印象深刻的有炒滷味、熱狗蛋等。隱身在巷弄裡的這間小店，雖然看似不起眼，但裏頭的美食卻令人回味。
In addition to fried instant noodles, the store also sells different meals, like Luwei-flavored tofu, hot dogs and with eggs. Hidden in the alleys, this shop is hard to find, but the food inside is memorable.
