合泉平價中心 He Quan Grocery Store－金戰食客 Vida Loca En Kinmen

金門最有名的蛋香蛋狗的發源地。這間店原本是間柑仔店，但隱身於巷弄中，不仔細找其實很難發現他的位置，而本來川流不息的人潮也因為時代變遷，變得空無一人，不過還是會有很多觀光客慕名而來。

This restaurant is the birthplace of a famous food in Kinmen, Chinese omelet with sausage or hotdog. The restaurant was a grocery store originally and it was near many houses. However as time goes on, this location has fewer people living here. Many tourists are still attracted to this location because of its reputation as the birthplace of the most famous food.

有趣的是他的招牌只賣「蛋香」、「蛋狗」、「炒泡麵」、「雜七雜八」這四樣，一開始大家都會好奇到底什麼是蛋香，其實就只是蔥油餅加蛋加香腸，而蛋狗就是變成夾熱狗，是個名字很有趣的食物，餅皮酥脆，且分量十足，吃完一個連晚餐都可以不用吃了；而雜七雜八就更有趣，是我們所謂的鹹酥雞，只不過料只有天婦羅、米血、熱狗、貢丸。

They only sell four kinds of food,” dan xiang,” ”dan gou,” ” fried noodles” and ” za qi za ba”. At first, everyone was interested in what“ dan xiang ”and ”dan gou” is, until they tried it. The Chinese omelet is crisp and big enough to be your dinner. Besides, “za qi za ba” is like Taiwanese “Fried chicken” but also has tempura, pig blood cake, hotdogs and meat balls.
